Website privacy
Privacy information
Wavexa uses information submitted through the website enquiry form to respond to customer enquiries and arrange services. This may include your name, contact details, postcode, service request and any optional images you choose to provide.
Online bookings and appointment requests
When you use the Wavexa online booking system, Wavexa stores the information needed to assess, arrange and manage the requested work. This can include your name, mobile number, email address, service address and postcode, the service selected, answers to relevant job-qualification questions, your job description, appointment or preferred timing, access instructions and up to five optional photos. Confirmed booking records are also given a Wavexa booking reference and retain status/history information needed to manage rescheduling or cancellation.
Booking records and uploaded booking photos are stored in Wavexa private server storage rather than a publicly browsable website folder. Photos are available through the authenticated private booking dashboard. Booking confirmations and booking/request notifications may be sent through Wavexa’s Microsoft 365 email service. The public booking page does not take card payments and does not store payment-card information.
Website analytics and advertising measurement
Optional Google Analytics and, where configured, Meta advertising measurement are used only after you accept optional measurement. They help Wavexa understand which website pages, services, offers, adverts and contact routes are useful. A successful booking may send a non-personal conversion event such as “Schedule” or “Lead”, together with the service category and booking value. The website does not deliberately send enquiry or booking form contents, customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses or postcodes to Google Analytics or Meta advertising events.
Wavexa also keeps private first-party aggregate visitor counts to understand overall website use. This counter does not use a tracking cookie. Normal connection information is converted immediately into a one-day pseudonymous fingerprint solely to avoid repeatedly counting the same browser on the same day; raw IP addresses and full user-agent strings are not written to the visitor statistics file. Daily fingerprints are removed after the day changes, while aggregate totals such as page views, daily visitor counts, popular pages, broad traffic source and device type may be retained.
The same private first-party statistics may record aggregate interaction counts such as opening VEXA, clicking Wavexa phone, WhatsApp or email contact links, clicking a quote call-to-action, starting the enquiry form, and reaching the successful enquiry confirmation. These statistics record the type of action and the Wavexa page where it happened; they do not store enquiry form contents, phone numbers, email addresses, WhatsApp messages or the destination details of the contact action.
VEXA conversations
When you use VEXA, Wavexa may securely retain the question you ask, VEXA’s reply, an anonymous session reference, the Wavexa page used, response status, broad topic or service category, and provider or approximate area only when those details are identifiable from the conversation. This information is used to improve VEXA, Wavexa website advice, FAQs and service information. Raw IP addresses are not deliberately stored in VEXA conversation logs. Obvious email addresses, phone numbers and full UK postcodes are automatically redacted where possible before storage. Raw VEXA conversation logs are automatically deleted after 90 days. Please do not include passwords or sensitive personal information in VEXA messages.
When the AI-assisted VEXA engine is available, the current question, a limited amount of recent conversation and relevant Wavexa tool context saved in the browser may be sent securely to the configured AI service to generate the reply. VEXA’s server request is configured not to ask the AI provider to retain the response for Wavexa’s application history.
